Carried/Supported, by the dynamism of the nanotechnologies, the nanomaterials open wide prospects for the French industry. The entire economy should benefits from their development. In the future, their successful development will rely on an increasing multidisciplinary. As the nanomaterials are recent technologies, their production process and the promotion of their properties are still emerging.
We hope that this data base wil contribute to give impetus to the development and the use of nanomaterials.

The study carried out by the Digitip in 2004 on the nanomaterials in France pointed out that a network should be created. This data base will give the opportunity to the nanomaterials professionnals to indentifiy potential partners. It includes research laboratories, universities, industrial companies and public or private organizations...

You can look for a company by using two main types of criteria:

• Location criteria,
• technological know how criteria.

This initiative fits with a wider will to link the nanomaterial field players.
